Dubai & Arabian Repositioning Cruises

There is a rich tapestry of culture evident throughout an Arabian repositioning cruise and a luxury cruise through this ancient region allows one to step into a different world.

Voyages from/to the Mediterranean are a great way to discover both Mediterranean and Arabian cultures in one cruise and then cruise on to Asia if you so wish. Alternatively, one can cruise from Asia to Dubai and then on to Europe. Roundtrip Dubai cruises to Arabia and the Indian Ocean are also available from time to time.

The Arabian Gulf is home to some of the most extravagant architecture where you can witness the World's tallest building the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the remarkable Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi or even the Zawawi Mosque in Muscat.

Leaving behind the Gulf you sail to the Mediterranean via Aqaba for the ancient city of Petra. Sailing through the Red Sea you will transit the Suez Canal and perhaps call into Haifa in Israel for tours to the ancient city of Galilee and the holy lands. Popular ports of disembarkation include Athens, Istanbul, Rome and Barcelona.

Your Arabian Luxury Repositioning Cruise Options

Small ship luxury cruise lines, including Regent, Seabourn and Silversea often have some incredible promotional fares on repositioning cruises from Europe to or from Arabia and these can be extended to start or finish in the Far East, or vice versa.

The Arabian repositioning cruises from Europe to Asia take place in the autumn. The cruise from the Mediterranean to Dubai takes approximately 18 days and often features ports of call in Israel, Jordan and Oman. It will also include a fascinating transit of the Suez Canal. Upon arrival in Dubai you can either disembark or continue with your cruise.

Your ship will then continue to Asia and once again these itineraries take approximately 18 days. Popular ports of call on these cruises include Mumbai, Cochin, Sabang and Phuket. These cruises usually finish in Bangkok, Singapore or Hong Kong, all fascinating places in which to stay for a few days. The return journeys from Asia via Dubai to the Mediterranean take place each spring.

If you wish to experience a full repositioning cruise from the Mediterranean to Asia this will combine the above itineraries and will be of a duration of 34 to 56 nights depending on your preferred ship and route. These luxury cruises represent a spectacular way to see so many varied cultures and civilisations in a comparatively short period of time, and they represent some of the best value for money in luxury cruising today and are therefore extremely popular with our regular clients.

We think that you will be very pleasantly surprised by the incredible value that these sailings represent. So please contact the very experienced team at The Sovereign Cruise Club and we will help you to select a voyage that provides you with stunning discoveries every step of the way and as always at the guaranteed best price.
