Seabourn's luxury fleet began with the Odyssey-class ships—Seabourn Odyssey (2009), Seabourn Sojourn (2010), and Seabourn Quest (2011). Designed by the same architects as the original Seabourn trio, these ships introduced innovations like Seabourn Square and contemporary public spaces. Their success influenced many competitors.

The fleet expanded with Seabourn Encore (2016) and Seabourn Ovation (2018), offering enhanced dining and suite options.
