Emerald Princess has undergone a huge, multi-million pound refit. A popular addition to Emerald Princess is a restaurant named SHARE by Curtis Stone, which provides a fresh approach to dining. SHARE marks the Australian Celebrity Chef's first restaurant at sea. This elegant restaurant offers family-style dishes, ideal for sharing amongst family, friends or other cruise passengers. The menu features a charcuterie starter course, composed salads, handmade pastas, premium quality meats and an array of delicious desserts.
Not only this, Princess Cruises have also introduced the Salty Dog Gastropub on board Emerald Princess. This highly anticipated dining venue boasts small gourmet dishes inspired by pub favourites such as a rib eye burger, beef ribs and pork cheeks with craft beers, cocktails and wines.

Princess Cruises have also fitted 200 interconnecting to 100 staterooms for families who require to several staterooms next door to one another. A luxury mattress on every bed has been added as part of Princess Cruises' recently-introduced “Sleep” programme, as well as new equipment and weights in the on board gymnasium.
